We, at Friendship Animal Hospital, want to keep your pet eating, running, playing and living life at their best. To help achieve these goals, we created comprehensive wellness plans to help spread out the cost of preventative healthcare with monthly payments. These plans are designed to provide regular health checks, annual flea and heartworm preventions and essential vaccinations at the best prices. As a bonus for having your pet signed up for these wellness plans, you will also receive 10% discount on other additional services. It is important to know that these preventative plans are NOT insurance plans. They are not designed to cover unforeseen injuries or illnesses. These plans are designed to provide preventative care to help prevent diseases. Here is look at the Wellness Plans so you can see which plan your pet qualifies for:

Kitten Plan

This Kitten Wellness Plan is for preventative care that is essential for healthy kittens for the first year of their life. It includes:

  • All Kitten Exams with every vaccination
  • Vaccinations for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (FVRCP or Feline Distemper) and Rabies. The vaccinations and frequency of administration are based on your cat’s lifestyle and on the AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners) and AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association)
  • Blood test for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
  • Intestinal Parasite Screen with every exam
  • Intestinal Parasite Deworming with every exam
  • Annual Blood Work including a CBC (Complete Blood Count that looks at the white cells and red cells that make up the blood) and Blood Chemistry (looks at blood glucose, kidney and liver values)
  • Neuter or Spay
  • 10% discount on all other additional services (excluding boarding)

Cost: $39.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00


Indoor Cat Wellness Plan

This Wellness Plan is for preventative care that is essential for the continued health of your adult indoor cat. It includes:

  • A Preventative Wellness Exam
  • Vaccinations for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (FVRCP or Feline Distemper) and Rabies. The vaccinations and frequency of administration are based on your cat’s lifestyle and on the AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners) and AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association)
  • A six-month Preventative Wellness Exam
  • Annual Blood Work including a CBC (Complete Blood Count that looks at the white cells and red cells that make up the blood), Blood Chemistry (looks at blood glucose, kidney and liver values), and Thyroid value
  • 10% discount on all other additional services (excluding boarding)

Cost: $22.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00

This Cat Wellness Plan has the option of including a 12-month supply of preventions against, flea, intestinal parasites, mites, and heartworms for an additional $15.00 a month.


Puppy Plan

This Puppy Wellness Plan is for preventative care that is essential for healthy puppies for the first year of their life. It includes:

  • All Puppy Exams with every vaccination
  • Vaccinations for Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus type 2, Canine Parvovirus and Canine Parainfluenza (DA2PP),  Canine Leptosporosis, Canine Bordetella and Rabies. The vaccinations and frequency of administration are based on your dog’s lifestyles and on the AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association)
  • Intestinal Parasite Screen with every exam
  • Intestinal Parasite Deworming with every exam
  • Annual Blood Work including a CBC (Complete Blood Count that looks at the white cells and red cells that make up the blood) and Blood Chemistry (looks at blood glucose, kidney and liver values)
  • A 12-month supply of Flea and Tick Prevention
  • A 12-month supply of Heartworm Prevention
  • Neuter or Spay
  • 10% discount on all other additional services (excluding boarding)

Cost: $66.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00


Canine Wellness Plans

The Canine Wellness Plans come in three options: Basic Canine Wellness Plan, Junior Canine Wellness Plan (if your pet is under 7 years of age), and Senior Canine Wellness Plan (if your pet is over 7 years of age).

The Basic Canine Wellness Plans cover the same preventative care but vary based on the weight of your furry canine friend. These include:

  • A Preventative Wellness Exam
  • Vaccinations for Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus type 2, Canine Parvovirus and Canine Parainfluenza (DA2PP),  Canine Leptosporosis, Canine Bordetella and Rabies. The vaccinations and frequency of administration are based on your dog’s lifestyles and on the AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association)
  • A six-month Preventative Wellness Exam
  • Annual Heartworm and Tick-borne Disease Test
  • Annual Intestinal Parasite Exam
  • A 12-month supply of Flea and Tick Prevention
  • A 12-month supply of Heartworm Prevention
  • 10% discount on all other additional services (excluding boarding)
  • Book 5 consecutive Boarding nights and Fido gets a complimentary bath!

Small Dog (up to 22 pounds as an adult): cost is $36.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00.

Medium Dog (22 to 44 pounds as an adult): cost is $38.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00.

Large Dog (44 to 88 pounds as an adult): cost is $40.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00.

X-Large Dog (88 to 123 pounds as an adult): cost is $45.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00.

Giant Dog (over 123 pounds as an adult): cost is $67.00 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $25.00.


The Junior Canine Wellness Plans include everything in the Basic Canine Wellness Plans plus a Junior Blood Panel (which is a CBC (Complete Blood Count that looks at the white cells and red cells that make up the blood) and a minimal Blood Chemistry (looks at blood glucose, kidney and liver values)) for only an additional $7.00 per month.

The Senior Canine Wellness Plans include everything in the Basic Canine Wellness Plans plus a Senior Blood Panel (which is a CBC (Complete Blood Count that looks at the white cells and red cells that make up the blood) and a minimal Blood Chemistry (looks at blood glucose, kidney and liver values), Thyroid value, and a Urinalysis) for only an additional $12.50 per month.
