What to Expect at Your Franklin Veterinarian

When you bring your pet to us, you'll first check in with our caring staff at reception. We'll do our best to get you and your pet to an exam room as soon as possible. But due to the nature of pet care, emergencies may pull our vets away, causing delays for your pet. Don't worry. We're working as hard as we can to get your pet the care it needs while respecting your time.

Once in the examination room, one of our staff will take your pet's weight and take your pet's health history. When the vet arrives, he or she will conduct an exam and talk about any health concerns you have for your pet. If the vet suggests tests or other treatment for your pet, when possible we perform treatment in room or when needed your pet may go to our treatment room. When finished, you'll return to our reception area for payment and to schedule any required follow-up visits the vet recommended.

All new patients will need a new patient registration form. If you're boarding your pet with us, you need to view the boarding information packet and fill in the consent form. Payment and Specials from Your Franklin Veterinarian

Our payment policy is to not send out bills. We require all pet parents to pay on the same day as the visit. For payment, we will take checks, cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express.
